Rick answered my call very professionally and sent a Tech named John to the rescue. He showed up very timely and assessed the situation. A cable had broken and thrown our garage door out of alignment. It sat crookedly and was not able to safely be remotely operated. It took him about 40 minutes or so and we were back in good shape. Thanks John !!!

Really nice folks to work with from start to finish. Jim planned me a new gate controller which was a significant upgrade to my old one. Skylar and he installed it yesterday. I appreciate their attention to detail. They added a stop to address high winds at my place, and positioned it where I could see and avoid it because my entrance is narrow. Skylar patiently walked me through the controller and made sure I understood how to work it.

From start to finish, Door Pros assisted us with extremely professional, detailed information and service. Their installation team of Bobby and Vince was outstanding. They were communicative, on time, did excellent detail work and finished on time without cutting a single corner. If you are looking for the best possible experience with excellent value, cannot recommend Door Pros highly enough! Especially Bobby and Vince!

We contacted Door Pros to replace our garage door with modem steel door. Out of three companies we talked to, Door Pros was most knowledgeable and realistic about the project. When the time came to install the door we found some unforeseen complications with the installation due to the low clearance and unusual design of our existing system. Jimmy, our installer, was super helpful and was able to make it work. He was responsible and reliable and we are very happy with our fin product. Our new door is much stronger, sturdier and quieter than our old door. We highly recommended Door Pros and especially Jimmy!
