I have had Jerome to do my taxes. May 17th i received a call that my check was in the office. I was told i could pick it up on that date my 4pm or have someone to pick it up then if i weren't able. As i work i stated i could pick it up the following date. Being told that i would have to schedule it. I stated again that I'd be by to pick it up on the 18th. On the 18th i discovered that the office would be close until August due to vacation. At no time was i informed of any closing rather than the office closing by 4pm on the 17th. I work and can't take any more days off till the next quarter. I think it is grimmy business they have done towards me. I am struggling and NEEDED my like everyone else. I took this day off and done planned to be able to find a vehicle today so that i wouldn't have to be burdening my pastor and co-workers for a ride back and forth for work. I have wasted my day and earnings i could had been making today because of this slothful business practice. I do not ever to intend to recommend or give and descent credit to their practice. I rate them a MINUS 3 stars.
