Very understanding and helpful but the only downside is that I feel like the fee's were a little too high for basic tax preparation because they are doing so many of these a day they could cut the fee's to help customers and still make great money and that would ensure more customers which would ensure more money. Please think about low income families and single moms and vets and our senior citizens. Just something to think about. Loyalty starts with the business thinking more about how to help those that need it. Everything else is great though!
