The staff and doctors have poor customer service when it comes to the compassion of their patients. I had one appointment. The next month they informed me that I could not be seen by the doctor until my entire bill was paid. The billing clerk was rude as I had previously been making payment each month. Her attitude was very aggressive as if I owed her something personally. I asked the front staff if it was typically appropriate to treat patients in that manner; they acted as if she was correct. I feel bad for elders who aren’t able to stand their ground when affected by this type of treatment. I would reccomend Dr. Olena Klindukhova of Warner Robins who is friendly and patient.

This clinic is the worst. From the rude nurses to the passive doctor. I had to followup on my lab results, which they told me all were normal. I thought this was rather strange since I was continuing to have similar symptoms, so I requested my labs to be mailed to me. Come to find out, my thyroid levels are super elevated, and they did not communicate this. I cannot believe they're allowed to treat patients. These people have 0 attention to detail, and could care less about your health.

If I could leave no stars or minus stars I would do so. And I write this request only as a warning to anyone new in the area to avoid this clinic at all costs. Ever since moving here from Houston, Texas over two years ago, all I have received from this place is a "brush-off". They aren't returning important calls to me and now after the hurricane, as a type 1 (insulin dependent diabetic. I'm thinking they don't know what that is), I'm getting ignored to get me a refill on that. Typically I have to wait for a doctor's approval for that (something I need to survive), about 4 weeks. AVOID THIS CLINIC.

These medical professionals are stellar! Very knowledgeable. Very informative. Very patient-friendly/oriented. Since seeing them, my health has improved dramatically And my treatment such less burdensome! I would definitely recommend!

I have been going here for over a year and now they will not see me without a 200+ payment. I have insurance that covers this place at 100% but it does not matter to the staff or the fact that I live 75 miles away. Dr. Jones needs to know how they are treating the patients.

DON't ASK for OR EXPECT HELP, UNDERSTANDING OR FAVORS from the STAFF during a needy time!

My husband is a patient of Dr. Rose. In route to Macon this morning, I received a call that the digestive surgeon in Augusta wants to see our critically ill adult daughter tomorrow, Wednesday, October 19, 2016. My husband and I have been her caregivers for five years. My husband had cataract surgery this past Monday in Macon. We are presently at the ophthalmologist office for a followup visit. After receiving the call from Augusta, he called The Jones Center several times before anyone answered. After finally getting an answer, he was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Finally, someone picked up the phone and wanted to place him back on hold. He insisted that he needed to speak with some one. He explained that he had eye surgery this week and his wife was his driver. We live about 60 miles away. He explained his request to 3 different people at The Jones Center and asked if his appointment could POSSIBLY be changed from tomorrow to today. No one was willing to understand our dilemma or try to help us in this situation. We learned this morning that our very ill daughter has to be in Augusta tomorrow and Thursday for assessments from her digestive surgeon and plastic surgeon for upcoming major high-risk surgery. The SURGEONS MAY CHOOSE TO ADMIT HER THIS WEEK as they have done many times in the past five years.

My husband was told by staff that at The Jones Center, they did not make same day appointments regardless! He was told that Steve the P.A. was not there this morning and Dr. Rose did not have any available appointments.

George has been a patient at The Jones Center for many years and has never asked for a favor. We are very disappointed that the staff chose not to help us in this situation. We were just trying to ask for assistance in getting George's diabetic needs taken care of before going to Augusta. In the past, our daughter's hospital stays, a number of times, have been in excess of three months.

The staff at THE JONES CENTER does not make any exceptions to their rule! We will have to work something out!

I had heard great things about this specialists office. However, it was a huge disappointment, especially after driving 45 minutes to an hour just to get there. I saw a PA who was more concerned with my Vitamin D & Vitamin B12 (which by the way were in the normal range but on the lower end), than this goiter that affects my swallowing. Needless, to say I was in tears on the way home still receiving no help. Luckily, I have found a wonderful doctor (Monica Giles in Jonesboro), who has properly diagnosed me with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. What's disheartening about it is I knew what my diagnosis was the entire time.
