Do not go to this location. My daughter went in to get a replacement license and we were mailed a drivers license with our address and my daughter's correct birthday but a completely different person's name, face and drivers license number. Incompetent people working there including the manager that supposedly helped correct this mistake.

Awesome! This office is the best in service, usseful, I was there 4pm and 4:45 I was outthere, the people is amaizing nice, and worried to help me. Pd. I wasn't have appoinment.

Terrible. I came in to renew my driver's lisence today, before I walked in I already asked the guy in the front deskthat to renew my driver's lisence do I need to bring anything else. He said no, so we took our number and waited for 1hour and 30 minutes. we got called to see one of the lady to renew our lisence, she asked me do you want to vote, we said we are not citizen yet. Then she said oh then you need to have your green card with you blah blah. What a waste of time. So unprofessional.

In my 46 years of driving, this is the Best DMV in ILL. Very consistent of being helpful along with how pleasant everyone one is. It's amazing that each one of them enjoys their job and the Team works well together. Who ever is running the show there is doing a excellent job !

My experience at this location is typical of DMV service. They get about 50% of my transactions correct- sometimes a truck title comes back as a trailer, but it's not a problem to drive all the way back down there and wait to argue with a moron.

These other reviews are shills. Nobody likes that place.

HATE THE SERVICE! It's horrible. I hope I never come here again. If this place was able to be close down and make all these workers lose their job and put NEW ONCE AND BETTER WITH MANNERS! I would gladly come here and get out happy if I could give it negative STARS I WOULD GIVE IT 100. I lost my permit and I come to get a new one I have the money because clearly the government always need the money. And everything is going good then I'm being kind and everything i told the lady why wasn't I able to get a copy of my lost permit she said I had my permit suspended till I'm 18 and I told her last time I came you guys told me that on a specific date I would be able to come but pay a fee of 70$ to take my license out and the lady helping me today says " well I didn't tell you that" WTF?!? Okay I was like alright yeah i know that okay I told her If she can write down on a paper a note saying I can't get my license until I'm 18 and she said the STUPID Following question! " I don't have paper" I WANTED TO CATCH A FADE ON THE SPOT! If you guys don't like your job QUIT AND WORK AT MC DONALDS! OR WORK AT PICKING UP TRASH! WORST DMV EVER!

Everyone start to finish were friendly, helpful and very courteous. The lady who took my pictures, made sure I looked nice and even retook it! Pleasant experience and it was even the end of day!! Thanks

Very efficiently run- went in for a licence renewal and was in-and-out in 25 minutes. Pleasant enough experience. The employees all had helpful attitudes. Got a plate sticker a few months ago and that took about 10 minutes.

I went there for a Veteran sticker for my I.D. . The manager hassled me concerning my address, as It said Skokie. Totally rude and ignorant worm of a man. The only bright moment was Erin. A very nice helpful lady.
Promote Erin and fire the slob!
