Steve and Johnson County Siding did amazing work! Without Steve's decades of personal home construction experience, the results would not have been as excellent. We had an entire exterior replaced with Hardie Sierra siding, lots of stone work and new gutters. Everything looks amazing! Deck is next.

We had the front of our house remodeled! We added stone walls on each side of our three garage doors, A new stone sidewalk and front porch and new 18 foot pillar with stone! I was excited to get the quote from Justin and all the work went great, all of their team is wonderful to work with and good at cleaning up after each part of the job! Perfect job! Would highly recommend!

Johnson County Sliding and Windows installed new siding on our home and did an excellent job. We did a lot of research and interviewed several companies before moving forward. It was a huge project!

We worked with Justin, who helped with the estimate and communicated with us before, during, and after the project was completed. He was friendly, easy to work with, and professional. He made sure we felt completely satisfied. We found him to be trustworthy and he always followed through with our requests whether they were big or small.

The crew completing the work were friendly and hard working. I never felt uncomfortable or questioned the work they did. Everyone from the installers to the group delivering the supplies were kind and courteous.

Just with any large project, we had some minor details that we requested be addressed (paint touch ups and reframing our garage differently). All of the requests were handled quickly and without any push back or difficulty.

Our home went from a dilapidated, woodpecker damaged eyesore to the best looking house on the block! I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Johnson County Siding and Windows!

Our home had the original, 1961, drafty windows. The sashes would not stay up and cleaning the upper windows was a long, hard process. After meeting with several companies, we choose Johnson County Siding & Windows. They have a great rating and have been in the business for many years.
The windows are good quality, economical, and so easy to open and clean. The installers were very professional, kept the area clean, and preformed the job in the time frame we were given.
I would highly recommend using Johnson County Siding & Windows.

The whole process was easy and the service was fantastic. When Lynn arrived to install the door he was on time and started right away. He got the old door torn out and the new one installed. He took the time to answer all the questions I had about the install and when done it looked amazing. When my wife got home she was so happy to see how good the new door looked compared to the old door. Every part of the experience working with Justin and his team has been wonderful.

Johnson County Siding and Window has a strong product offering backed with excellent customer service and installation expertise. If anyone has dealt with a bad contractor you know how valuable those are. I had 17 drafty old windows replaced on my home with new Simonton windows. From start to finish the entire project was completed ahead of schedule at the price quote. Everyone at JoCo Siding and Window from the owner to the installers communicated all detail of the project from start to finish and were highly respectful of my home and family. Because of their service/products my home is now more comfortable, valuable, and has updated aesthetics. I am not a five star rater but this contractor earns an exception.

After getting several quotes on windows, Johnson County Siding and Window Co. came out as the favorite, and we don't regret it for a second. Justin was incredibly professional and real from the outset. He was honest and extremely knowledgable. You could tell he wasn't simply there to sell windows like every other company we had come out, and he really cares about the customer and the job on which they put their name.

Communication was great throughout the project, and installation day was a breeze. They use their own folks, arriving in company-branded apparel. Both of them were respectful, thorough and kind. They kept work areas clean and safe.

I could not be more happy with our decision to go with JoCo. We didn't get all of our windows done, but we'll look no further when we decide to do the others.

Johnson County Windows & Siding replaced all my windows and doors in 2001 and 2002 (and I'm sure I've saved a small fortune in heating and cooling costs over the years!). When the (much used) screen/storm door latch finally gave up the ghost, Bill was able to send me a replacement within days (!). I'm impressed that, not only the windows and doors have held up beautifully, but that they could easily find parts. You guys are the best!!! Update! Just cleaned windows & had a problem closing a couple. Yep, Bill Christie to the rescue and he fixed them right away. Great company, amazing customer service. Thanks!

We hired Johnson County Siding and Windows to replace 19 windows in our 30 year-old home. Bill Christie the owner started the business in 1976, 40 years ago and has remodeled over 6000 homes. Bill & Justin Christie were wonderful to work with. Justin Christie (Bill's son) came out to quote the job. My wife and I had already done our homework on the brand of fiberglass windows; Justin listened to all of my concerns and suggestions and offered his professional opinion with suggestions we hadn't thought about, and these suggestions were to our advantage. We had three bids total to replace the windows. All for Marvin Fiberglass windows. Johnson County Siding & Windows bid was the most competitive.

This was a combination of double hung and casement windows. We chose white for the interior and exterior. On the exterior, the window casing and sills were wrapped with white, aluminum cladding. We chose the Marvin Integrity All Ultrex Fiberglass windows, which are not only beautiful, they have definitely helped with the energy efficiency of our home. In the month since the windows have been replaced, we can already tell a difference in the heating & cooling in our home as well as a change in the sound level from the street.

One of the quotes from another window company had quoted our large picture window that was going to cost us over 2 grand. Justin's recommendation was to call a glass company in Kansas City (he provided a couple recommended names) and have them replace the glass only. He gave a detailed outline of what we should ask for from the glass company, type of glass, number of panes, etc. He mentioned that this shouldn't be more than 500 or 600 bucks and completely unnecessary to replace the glass with a full frame from Marvin as this would take away from the picture aspect of the window. This type of professionalism and customer service is why I'm glad we chose to do business with Justin and his father, Bill.

We met with Justin at his supplier's showroom to see what our future windows would look like installed, differences between the casement view and the double hung, etc.

Our install was scheduled and communicated that the work would take 3 days. On first day, two men showed up, on time. They were careful, courteous, and efficient during the installation and meticulous in their clean up after each window, at end of each day and after the completion of the job. No damage to any landscaping, the workmanship on the windows looks A+ and the installation was completed early on the 3rd day. One of the installers, named Bill said he has been working for Bill and Justin for 25 years. This is really impressive to hear. Listening to him talk about his work, how Bill and Justin treat him like family, it made me happy to know that I chose a quality, locally family owned company to do business with.

From the handshake, to listening to him talk, you can really tell how authentic and honest of a person Justin is. I'm sure his father Bill Christie has taught him well and it really shows in the experienced professionalism from Justin all the way down to the craftsmanship of the installation from the employees. I would highly recommend Johnson County Siding & Windows to anyone and will definitely use them in the future for my home.

Highly recommend Johnson County Siding & Window Co. We got siding, windows, covered gutters and new garage door. It has totally changed the look of our house for the better. We live close to the freeway and we didn't realize how much we could hear outside noise until after the windows were installed.

We have had the pleasure of working with Bill Christie and his subcontractors on the residing/painting of our house. The workers were pleasant (to which our neighbors also have even taken notice that they were pleasant), mostly cleaned up after themselves, performed good work. If there was an issue, Bill was happy to communicate and resolve the issue. Communication is key. There are a couple very minor items that we are watching and will contact Bill if it is an issue, but overall, we are very pleased with the results that were performed within the scope of work. I would highly recommend the services of JOCO Siding & Window Co., Inc. to anyone needing working on their home/facility.
