  we have called and called and TEXT and left messages for them to answer a SIMPLE
  question
  "Is a property I am interested in still available?" Of course a simple "yes" or "no" will do.
  BUT nothing no textno call.OR email.
  
  So one wonders if the owner/client knows potential renters are being IGNORED?
  
  Now lets see if they answer this post.

  John has helped our family since 2003. He helped my sisters with their houses, and I enlisted him to help fill my condo with tenants. He recently sold my condo for me.
  He is a great realtor because he’s a decent human being. He will tell you the truth, offer his expert advice based on many years of experience, get things done without stressing you out (I had some stressful problems with my tenant and HOA), and allows you to see the whole process in a favorable light. He is an absolute joy to work with and is trustworthy.
  Don’t hesitate to ask him to sell, buy, or rent a place!!! He is an outstanding person and realtor. (I lived abroad and he helped me with my property so even if you are not in LV, he can help you no matter where you’re calling him from).

  I found Mike Bitwinski through an online realtor site. I can't tell you which one because I went to ALL of them searching for our new home. We were living in some horrible apartments, where we got robbed, so we had to break our lease and get out. We now only had a month to find a place and we were searching everywhere. We didn't want to live in apartments anymore and decided on renting a house or townhouse. We have two beautiful energetic dogs and wanted a backyard for them. So our major selling point was a home with hardwood flooring and a backyard.
  
  I got a text from Mike and our journey started there. He never turned a viewing down and always showed up on time. Always prepared and had an abundance of information on the properties. We met up weekly and sometimes ended up seeing 3 houses a day, all over town! He found us our home and we couldn't be happier. It took a few weeks, but he made sure we were walking away with what we wanted. He works very hard and we will appreciate it!

  Moving to a new state is one of the 2 or 3 biggest events in most people’s lives, and the person you choose to help you with that is going to make or break the experience. You need someone who is honest and works hard, and John is a 10 out of 10 on both. (You can stop reading and just hire him right now based on that, but if you would like to know a little more about what you’ll experience, read on.)
  
  At the time we were looking to move to Las Vegas from out-of-state, we understood there was extremely limited home availability. Our time was also short, so of course we worried about getting things done fast.
  John was able to, in a quick and orderly manner, sort through dozens of listings, confirm availabilities, and by the next morning we had a meeting time at our first of many places to look.
  
  John promised us he would keep working with us until we found the right place, and of course he delivered on that. Throughout the process, John had an ability to sense what might be stressful, or confusing, and provide the assurances needed to keep things calm and orderly. More importantly, he has the background in the community, the local knowledge, and the integrity to deliver.
  
  But he also worked around the clock, when he wasn’t showing us a home, he was texting or emailing us about one that just hit the market or passing along a message he’d gotten about availability.
  
  John’s also an incredibly informative person to spend a couple days with, with tremendous local knowledge and insight. John’s not pushy or chatty, and he shoots straight, he doesn’t just say what you want to hear.
  
  By paying attention to our needs, applying his local knowledge, and working hard, John found us a place that perfectly fits our criteria. He made the entire process easier, faster, and far more comfortable than we could have possibly expected.

  John went above and beyond to obtain the information we needed to find our house. He replied to my emails and text very quickly. He listened our requests and ensure that would be 100% happy with the house that meet all of our requirements. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. I will recommend him to everyone looking for their perfect and good quality home.
