I always felt comfortable, and confident during my treatment at CenterPoint. Dr. Morrell took the time to answer my questions, explain the treatment and what to expect. The outcome was exactly as she said. The entire staff was as friendly and supportive as they could possibly be. They were so nice that I actually looked forward to seeing them every day. If I had to do it again I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

All of us want two things from our time with our doctor:
(1) Competence
(2) Compassion

These two requirements are especially important in the area of medicine in which Dr. Morrell and her staff practice.

Immediately upon meeting Dr. Morrell I knew she was competent. Not because she leads from a place of superiority, but because she was friendly, confident, well spoken and clearly wanted to help me solve my medical issue. Dr. Morrell told me in simple, understandable language the treatment she was going to recommend and the likely positive outcome that would occur from that treatment.

As I began my treatments I primarily interacted with Dr. Morrell's staff who, like Dr. Morrell, are competent and friendly. When my M-F treatments were completed, I did not miss driving to Dr. Morrell's office, but I did miss interacting with her friendly, smiling staff members.
