Not impressed. I received 2 emails from an administrative assistant from this agency and they forgot to put my name in the template. Both emails read Dear [First Name], which shows me that they don’t care. I called to tell them that my wife passed away, so they went up on my policy because according to them I no longer qualify for the discount. Also, trying to call the office is a waste of time, it takes forever. I will move on when my policy expires next month.

Working with Russell Xiong at Allstate insure was very pleasing, he is very patient, very professional, he got me a great offer with the best coverage. I really appreciate his professional business and recommend him as an insurance agent.

Excellent. I was anxious, I was in an accident and was VERY unsure how to proceed with the auto repair claim process. Allstate took care of my worries. My car was repaired, the collision repair shop was excellent and completed the repairs perfectly and ahead of schedule.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This is one of the worst agent offices ever! Allstate in general is not the problem, the people in this office ARE! They forget to apply payments, double charge payments without approval, do not mail out notices, strongarm you into electronic payments. DO NOT USE JOHN ROSE AGENCY!!!

Jennifer made me feel so at ease in dealing with the insurance issues we were having. It made repairing the issues painless and easy. I appreciate her patience and work on this with my family to take care of all of our insurance needs! They have my trust!
