Very nice people, and quet. Hidden away yet still close enough to the dunes to have a great time
Great, inexpensive camping on a small lake. All we need is a place to park but we paid a little more for a site overlooking the lake ($25).
Very nice restrooms and showers.
Always a fun time and very helpful employees! Bathrooms are usually clean Also! Will continue to return!
Great place a bit away from dunes if you want to stay out of madness, or waited to last minute to get a site. The waterfront sites are phenomenal, and sunsets perfectly right there. Clean facility and decent wood. PICKLE BALL COURTS YESSSS
Clean organized and super friendly people. Talk to Jackie with the whiskey.
Great park to visit with family
Love it here even tho it is in the same town.
This was our first time camping here and upon arriving I was very disappointed. My wife booked this online and it said it was a 25x40 site so our 33ft travel trailer should fit great. Nope. The site had a hill on two sides and was pretty much unusable. We basically were in the street if we were outside the camper. The seasonal site next to us said they have even complained numerous times for them putting such big campers on the site. Second issue was our electric box was on the other side of the mentioned seasonal site so my 25ft cord and my 25ft extension cord barely made it halfway to the box. Surprisingly they had another 20ft for sale for a whopping $50. Go to plug in and surprise, only a 110 or 50 amp plug. Wtf? Website said 30 amp was available. Come to find out, every site was just like that. Another big surprise, they had a whole box full of adapters for sale. Another $25 later and I finally can get electricity. So $75 gone in the first 15 minutes. Had to park my truck across the campground because rules state it must be on your site, but my camper barely fit, so. Across the street from us was two huge sites that were empty the first day but the next day a couple tents were popped. They should have made some moves to make a better fit but whatever.
On a good note, all the seasonal residents were very nice, the trick or treating was fun for the kids, the lake is nice but beach looked nasty and we didn't swim. Bathrooms/showers were decent. Ball fields looked nice and the campground seemed well kept. I'd possibly go back if I could see my site first, I'll already have all the cord and adapters I'd need lol
