I visited Hightower Saloon as part of a group of bicycle riders during a weekend trip and enjoyed a frosty pint with friends before heading on my way. Staff was welcoming and friendly and due to the volume of other bike riders coming their way that afternoon, they had volunteered one of their staff to hang outside and keep tabs on all of our bikes and gear. Hats off to them for going above and beyond in making us feel welcome and for topping off countless water bottles that day.

Geez where to start with this one. I ordered pizza here once as the waitress recommended it. The Pizza I got was burnt it was so unappetizing. I switched it out for a burger, it came out and it was burnt and the bun was soggy. Pizza and a hamburger two things that are pretty hard to mess up but The High Tower Saloon messed both things up to the point I couldn't look at the two great food items for a few days. The regulars there are a bunch of drunk slobs. The only positive thing about this "restaurant" is that it at one point had soccer matches on the TV.

Their daily specials are very reasonable and tasty. Best pizza around this area. Staff does an outstanding job to take care of you even when they are very busy.

I love their pizza, its a thin crust and the sauce is very good accents the pizza good. Alos their happy hour specials are nice too! And the view of the lake is very pretty with the old roller rink building on the lake and their outside area and its just a fun time!
