We have always purchased our flooring at Hoffman flooring. Great service and reasonably priced.
9-8-2022--Poor customer service in my book, ordered a 2 boxes of tileone box had a broken tile in it. Asked for a full box, with no broken tiles. Told we do not take special order tile back, even if delivered with a broken tile. They did offer to get is a tile if we needed it. What difference does it make of we need it or not, we ordered a box of tiles, with no broken tiles.We did not break the tileDoes Hoffman's shipper or Hoffman take any responsibility for their or their shippers mistakes when it come to broken tiles?
Would you accept anything from anybody else that is broken. When we purchased these tiles we were not told that is how they would take care of broken tiles. Anyway, I was sorely disappointed.response / report this review -

Not a customer oriented company at all. We called Hoffmann because we are looking to put new wood floors in our currently tiled living room to match the rest of our home as well as have existing wood floors sanded and refinished. Robert came out to look at our floors, take measurements etc. He told my husband he would be back to us within a week a week came and went and we had not received a quote or an update. The other two companies we were considering were back to us within 48 hours. My husband called the next day only to be told they still didn’t have a quote but would be back to him tomorrow the next day still nothing. We’re told multiple times “he was at lunch and would be right back to us” “He was on the phone with one of the contractors and would give us a call in an hour.” Same story the following day. Finally- 10 days after his initial measurements, multiple conversations with my husband and a call to the store manager, Robert called and said they would not be taking our job. He offered no apologies for giving us the run around, and claimed to have only spoken to my husband ONE time. I know that Hoffmann is the biggest flooring company in our town and losing the business of one customer won’t matter to them. But I am so disappointed in the lack of care given by this company. We were treated as if we didn’t matter during the entire process. We will never use them for future projects or recommend them to anyone else.

I’m beyond disappointed with this business. I first went with measurements of my own and was told my measurements would not be accepted and that they had to get their own. I accepted that and trusted them to do so. Once they were done I had OVER 120 sq ft of carpet & padding left over, that I did not need and came from measurements their staff took. I called and spoke to a staff member who confirmed in fact their measurements were incorrect and I was overcharged at least $600, was told they would be sending me a check in the mail. It is now three weeks later and I have yet to receive a refund. I definitely to not recommend this business.

From the salesman to measure tech to the installers our experience was great. Talk to Tom Oates our salesman. He was very knowledgeable, professional, not pushy but friendly and interested. Everyone was quick, clean and on time. They were very careful with our items. I noticed the did not nick one base board. They did not cheat us on any of the materials or cut any corners. They were great group of guys friendly but professional. They made sure everything was put back exactly where I wanted it. I am a very pick person. When someone does a half way good job I complain loud, long and hard. When some one does a great job I will sing their praises. Thanks Hoffmann Floors (well worth the drive from Buda)

All types of flooring here! They also have tile in the showroom. Salespeople very friendly patient and helpful. Especially Nancy! She offered that i could take the carpet sample board (see photo) home for a couple days if i wanted to which i thought was cool. Scheduling was a few weeks out. The carpet install went smoothly and looks great. I had a little bit of laminate put down for a transition at the top of the stairs and it looks good (pictured).
