This was an absolutely great experience. Dropped off vehicle and was able to pick it up in less than a week! Repairs are as good as new. Staff was fantastic and I strongly recommend Joe Hudson Collision Center to everyone. Thank you!!!

I Was recommended to Joe Hudson by a friend and from the first phone call to the last call I was nothing but overly impressed with their attention to detail and willingness to take care of their customer! I cant say enough great things about this company to do them the justice they have earned time and time again. Nate was my main point of contact and He always took time to go over the project with me and give me realistic updates and information. He was with me every step of the way and assisted me when it came to dealing with the insurance company. This is one company you can trust to make it right and the first time. I hope I'm not in a position to need another collision repair, but in the event I'm ever in need, I know exactly where I'm going! Joe Hudson Collision in Gardendale, 5 Stars isn't enough to show the level of satisfaction and confidence I have with Your company and its Employees! They Took a New Car that was wrecked and Made it look Brand New again!

I will never use this shop again. Went to them after a car wreck I had about a month back and they had to replace my windshield, needed an alignment, get my bumper fixed and a couple of other things. When I got my car I didn't realize until I got home but my rear view mirror was so far down it's closer to the center of my windshield than the top where it should be. Now I'm sitting in a tire shop getting a new tire because I need an alignment, which I supposedly just got, so my tires are grinding into the ground. Thanks for nothing! Won't be back and won't recommend to anyone else. I have never been so frustrated. The only thing they did right was being polite and getting it done in a timely manner but when you don't do things how they're supposed to be, it's easy to get done faster than usual

Can't even put a bumper on correctly. Not hard to notice missing clips and jutting out both sides.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Got me in and out quickly. I recommend calling ahead so they know you're coming. If you do they will be more than willing to help you and we with you should any complications arise.
