I was met by Regina, a sweet young lady behind the counter, and i told her what i needed. She and i walked to my truck to see what the exact size tire i needed. I told her to set me up with her recommendations and i handed her the keys and they immediately started the process of mounting my tires. Everyone was awesome, very polite and made me feel right at home. Thanks to the whole crew there for the prompt attention and new shoes for my truck! I definitely recommend these guys!

No respect or value for customer's time. Very very bad customer service. I went in for to make fix my car's A/C issue. They told me that they will call me back with the updated status within a hour. I don't receive status update and when I call back them their response is very irresponsible. At final they come with an update with very very high estimation of my car's repair cost. It's around $2400. Where as Oil express said they will fix my A/C issue within 300$.
The most worst experience I have ever faced.

The prices are competitive compared to Walmart for oil changes. However Firestone is the cheapest. Nevertheless you can't beat the polite courtesy and professional quality service provided by Goodyear.
