  I bought my daughter's prom dress here last year. The alterations were impeccable and reasonable priced. The staff I dealt with were very friendly and knowledgeable. We did have a bit of a long wait for one of our alteration appointments, but that is pretty normal for prom season. They had to redesign the back of her dress and it was flawless! The only complaint I have is that they could freshen up the decor and dressing rooms.

  Ordered a bridesmaid dress back in the middle of May for a September wedding. Dress was scheduled to arrive the end of July. Shop never called to inform me the dress was on back order and gave me a rude attitude when I called inquiring. They refused to tell me when it was scheduled to come in and kept telling me they'd call me back (rest of bridal party ordered at same time in other states and didn't have same issue). Dress finally arrives a week before the wedding. My husband tried to pick it up for me and pay the remaining balance which was a huge issue as their phones and credit card machines were down. Staff was very snooty with him as well. Horrible customer service experience here and would not recommend at all!
