  Darryn came out and inspected my current roof and was extremely professional and candid about the state it was in. I never felt like Darryn had any hidden agenda and he was not pushing any additional services on me. His honesty has been a rare gem amongst the roofers I've worked with previously. I would absolutely recommend him to anybody needing any work done, and if/when I need additional work I will reach back out to him without hesitation.

  I'm very happy with the roof Duration installed. Darryn the owner, took the time to make sure the insurance included everything covered in the policy and explained what needed to be done. Darryn and his workers did a great job as promised.

  Darryn is very dependable and reliable for us during this roof replacement process. He helped a lot when the Insurance missed Spare Shingles in the estimation. Darryn took the initiative to call adjuster directly to get it fixed. He also helped us save some money so we did not pay full deductible.
  Then our HOA is very strict regarding shingle color selection. It went back and forth during which Darryn is always responsive for us when we have more queries and/or need more info.
  The job was done in a day and a half. Very clean, nothing left over.
  Overall good business owner to deal with. Strongly recommend.

  We had hail damage to our roof on 4/15/2021. After looking at many roofing companies the decision was made to use Duration roofing. Darryn Shapek inspected our roof taking photos of all damage and came her twice to walk the roof with two adjusters our insurance co. sent. Never realized how much paper work and grief went into dealing with the process but Darryn was always there to reassure us. When the time came to order our shingles he talked about a 30 year and only the best quality synthetic felt ETC and now we have a new roof to be proud of.
