  Coffee is good, people are nice, wifi is so bad as to be unusable - locks me out for 30 minutes at a time (everytime) in the evenings so can't really recommend staying until the problem is solved!

  Local chain. Hit or miss service depending on who is on shift. Drink quality varies wildly from one location to the next. If they could reach consistent levels of service, and if a mocha tasted the same in each location, I would abandon the national chain that must not be named altogether.

  Great jittery joe's coffee. Lovely heavy wood interior. They have a cozy outside area with plants and a bit of protection from the bustle of Milledge Ave.
  
  Only gets four stars because it's swarmed solid with students all dang school year. Not their fault, but it's still a downside. Oh, and they are in the mess that is the traffic and stressed parking of five points. So they are trouble to get to and to find parking.

  Every time I go into this particular location, it's kinda creepy and weird. But the barista was nice. Love coffee.

  Nice little outdoor area at this location, drinks were prepared well, staff was nice. After being outside though, we realized the side fence area seems to be infested with huge roaches that were dive bombing us. Sucked.

  I don't live in Athens anymore, but when I manage to come back and visit, I stock up on cans and cans of Jittery Joes (any and all of their dark roasts). So far I haven't found a good replacement in Atlanta that has the same mix of cozy atmosphere and great coffee.

  I prefer a simple steamer. I have tried this store several times, and every time the steamer was barely warm and definitely *not* hot. I have even specifically asked for it hotter but it ended up cooler than the last time. So ask for an ice cold steamer if you want it right. Also, the last time I went they forgot to add the vanilla flavor. (You had one job.)

  Love the atmosphere of this place. Would come here often to study while in undergrad. A couple employees make you feel like you're bothering them when you order (aka making them do their jobs). Mostly positive experiences though.
