My experience here was very poor. I bought a book and was not informed that I was only being given 2 days to return it. When trying to return the book the following week I was very rudely informed by bookstore employees and the manager that I was not able to (even though the book was still in the plastic wrap and brand new). Specifically, the sales associate, Kimberly, who had sold me the book and not informed me of the return policy became quite belligerent and raised her voice when I expressed my displeasure with never having been informed of the return policy. I will not be using this bookstore again in the future and would advise Athens Technical College students to speak with other students about where they bought their books before using this option as a last resort.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Website says books are "In-Stock" at the store but the store has none. Try to talk to the manager? He'll tell you that he doesn't care. Athens Tech and EFollett are in cahoots; they mark up the books by 30% and then split the profit.

They also only allow for Federal and State Grants to pay for books at the "Athens Tech EFollett" bookstore; forcing underprivileged students to pay jacked up prices for books that they need to start the semester. The staff is rude on a general basis, blows issues way out of proportion and isn't knowledgeable.

    Athens Tech should be ashamed.
