They were extremely helpful and made our visit feel very welcoming. We were immediately greeted at the door and they made sure we were comfortable. (Asked if we were thirsty and if they could get us anything to drink). went to Ford not two hours later and didn't even get a hello when we walked in.

Our Yukon XL broke down on our way home yesterday. We had the vehicle towed here. Being from out of town, we were at the mercy of the tow truck driver that decided where to leave the truck. We were truly blessed that he chose to tow it here! We were impressed from the moment the gentlemen at the service desk (Travis and Matt) fit us into the schedule and had a rental truck for us even before the posted opening hour. Our car was fixed and we were back on the road by 10:00 this morning. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and professional and the repair rates were affordable! Thank you for helping us through a difficult situation!

I brought my 2014 Chevrolet Equinox in as I was having issues with the engine. I purchased the vehicle at a Chevy downstate as that is where I lived at the time. Since the vehicle was still under the 100,000 powertrain warranty, the cost for the repair was only $90.00. I was very pleased that everything was covered. I was offered a courtesy vehicle while mine was in the shop. I was given a 2016 Silverado to drive and it was great. I was very pleased by the service provided.
