I drove my jeep there, (rough acceleration ) and had agreed to 2 hrs of labor to diagnose the problem. I got a call that my vehicles transmission was going out, so I said I couldn't replace it now and then was told that I could pick it up Friday. But I was told that if I wanted it to be drivable, then it would cost an extra 150 dollars. I gave them permission for 2 hrs of labor (80/hr. So 160 dollars should have been what I owed) and my bill was 302.50. I will never use alpine auto, and I would not recommend
Main seal went out on my 06 cummins pulling our camper on a holiday weekend of course! Alpine took great care of me and made a few additional needed repairs. Price was fair and service was awesome. I will always head here if I have issues near Gaylord!
I highly recommend Alpine Auto repair. They went out of there way to help us. Honest great work and really cared about us and the predicament we were in. We are very grateful for these wonderful people.
Fix your car in record time. Great service.
Alpine Auto Repair is a 5 star repair place not even they came out to look at my vehicle got it towed and fix my vehicle the same day at a reasonable price such a caring place I give it 5 star shop
I took my husbands truck in and they did a great job!!! In and out same day and the customer service was great!!
They figured out something that several other shops could not with a problem on my vehicle.
Had a brake line crack while on vacation last week. Not from the area but Alpine was near the State Park where we were camping. Took my vehicle there and they couldn't have been nicer. Had the front lines replaced as both were rusted. It was done the following day. Fair price for work on a 20 year old vehicle. They also charged my boat battery overnight without charging me. I would recommend them to anyone.
