This was my first experience leasing a Cadillac and it was exceptional. Everything about the process was easy, timely, efficient and enjoyable! My salesman, Mike Kahael, assisted me in every way possible. He even took the time to show me each and every feature on my new vehicle and he has offered to assist me with programming anything I may need in the truck. Thank you! My experience was truly "cadillac" style.

All of our concerns about the used car we were purchasing were addressed in a timely and courteous manner. We were able to negotiate a price that was reasonable to us. The process of the purchase went smoothly and quickly. Bryan Gardner was our salesperson and we are very happy with our car buying experience.

Todd and team did a great job from the beginning, without being pushy, but trying to understand the needs of the customer, and giving a fair deal. Im happy with the purchase and all the effort they put to get the deal closed. It's for sure that if I have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, I'll be sending them there.

The entire service department treats me like a valued customer. Top-notch service from Randy, Jarrod, and John. The whole team helps out when others are busy. This is a well-run, efficient service department that pays attention to detail. Another plus is the comfortable waiting area, which is light and spacious, with WiFi, coffee, water and snacks.

Process took longer than I thought but Frank was able to get my interest rate pretty low and my payments exactly where I wanted it. He took the time to hunt down the vehicle I wanted with all the specifications I asked for. I enjoyed my experience, thank you

Typical used car tactics. As soon as you sign the paperwork they have no use for you. Bought a car Fri afternoon had to bring it in to have alignment straightened on Monday. They kept the car two days then say oh yeah we fixed it. Well if I let go of the steering wheel I'll quickly be in the lane to my left. So they lied about fixing alignment but at this point I just hope it's not something worse. Oh and I've owned this vehicle maybe 3 weeks so who knows what else will go wrong.

Our sales person was awesome. She helped us get exactly what we wanted and helped us get a very good deal. Our kids were in heaven in the Escalade. Maybe someday. Highly recommended.
