Amazing dealership! I originally went to Sterling Heights Dodge looking to lease a Ram and they took me as a joke because I’m 20. The salesperson laughed in my face and told me I couldn’t afford a lease and gave me a quote that was unreasonable. So I came to Parkway and they were amazing to me. My salesperson was Tony Gullette and he treated me with so much respect and helped me find the truck I wanted and for a reasonable price. I would recommend anyone to go to him. He walked me through the process of getting the lease and he made it a great experience! I got my license plate and registration the next day! Even the manager Matt was really friendly. I don’t usually write reviews but I had such a positive experience, so for anyone looking to lease or buy a vehicle go to Parkway!

I have been to many dealerships and had help from many different sales associates. It was my first time coming to parkway and I absolutely loved it. Everyone was so friendly and the sales associate Steven Salman was my absolute favorite. He didn’t rush me and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. Steven then searched for what I was looking for and got me what I asked for. I would recommend Steven to anyone that goes to this dealership.

Great place to lease/buy a vehicle from. Every time I've been there to get a vehicle it's been a great experience. From the moment I walk in I get a awesome greeting and never wait to long to be seated with someone from sales. Inventory is phenomenal, always have what I'm looking for from the vehicle to the color!! I will never go anywhere else!

My sales person, Symphony, was great but the dealership itself needs to step up their customer service a bit. I am a first time Jeep customerI’ve owned GM Vehicles my whole life and there is a big difference in the level of customer service between the two. I was very disappointed in the amount of time it took to finish my lease deal and I ended up missing a whole day of work because I spent most of it at the dealership. I love my new Jeep Compass but I’m not sure I will return to this dealership when my lease is up for a second time.

I worked with Steve Salman during the purchase of my 2016 Jeep Patriot. He was incredibly professional and courteous. Not once did I feel like I was getting taken advantage of. I highly recommend Steve for your purchase. What really made me buy from him was that he had a container of hummus and a box of crackers in his desk that he gladly gave to my special needs son to eat. Leroy was so happy. Steve wouldn't even take money for it either!!!! Down. To. Earth.

Steven was an amazing representative. He made us feel comfortable and relaxed when making our decision about the car we wanted. He was honest, efficient and extremely effective. Absolutely beautiful facility; it literally looks and feels like a high-end shopping mall inside. Classy, comfortable.
But in terms of the sales pitch, it's unfortunately just like all the others: very stereotypical up-selling and high-balling and just overall not-straightforward best-deal pricing offered upfront to the customer.

Unfortunately, I don't know where else to really suggest instead of this place; they All seem to have this same approach these days. Sad.

I just want to say what an absolutely fantastic experience I had with leasing a new truck last week. Of course the truck I picked was all but gone from anyone's inventory. That's where Shawn and Apollo stepped in and made it happen for me. They tracked down my perfect truck from Ohio of all places. I can't say enough positive things about these two. It's people like Shawn and Apollo that will keep me and everyone I can tell, coming back to your dealership. Thanks for having such great employees working at parkway.

I have been dealing with Apollo Nimo at Parkway for years. He has always taken great care of me. I have sent multiple friends and family members to him who have also been highly satisfied. Every-time I am looking for a new car he gets me the greatest deals. My entire family all deal with him as well and not only does he take great care of them he goes above and beyond do make all of us happy! I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new car or truck go to Apollo at Parkway before anywhere else. You will not be disappointed. I personally guarantee you will get the best customer service on top of unbeatable prices!

I went in browsing for a new Ram lease I was a month away, and I was not in any hurry. I was presented with such an incredible deal, I could not pass it up. I literally left there 30 minutes later with a new truck lease signed. There was no pressure from the finance guy for extended wheel/tire warranties etc (like other dealers). They would have had the truck prepped, and detailed in an hour or so, but I decided to pick up the next day. I have referred several family and friends to Parkway.
