We bought our wedding rings here 15 years ago. My wife's ring wasn't staying on firmly anymore so she just walked in and they installed a ring guard immediately for only 8$. Excellent service!
As a clueless guy who was engagement ring shopping, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Fast, friendly, and very flexible. Every other jewelry store I went to seemed annoyed I didn't know what I wanted already. Kristin(sorry if I misspelled the name) was an amazingly helpful and friendly sales rep. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend jewels that dance!
Great experience as I was trying to get my then girlfriend (now wife) an engagement ring. Fantastic sales folks, great flexibility, and delivered on time. All while having solid pricing.
We had a great experience at Jewels That Chance. My fiancée and I just happened to be in Asheville for the weekend. We were just wondering around and stumbled into the store close to closing time. Tori greeted us, she took her time with us and showed us several styles and options. She ended up showing us setting my fiancee loved, we discussed stone cuts and prices. Needless to say weren't ready to make the purchase that day, kinda ruins the surprise factor. Since we live in Durham anything regarding the purchase would have to be done through email and over the phone. Within a few days of returning to Durham I received a follow up email just as promised, with all of the information we discussed during our visit. Over the next few weeks Tori worked with me and we were able to put together the perfect ring and get it delivered on the date I needed it by. From beginning to end it was a great experience! I'd recommend this jeweler to any one of my family and friends!Thank you Tori and thank you to Jewels That Dance!
I have been a loyal customer of Jewels That Dance for more than a decade now, and have never been unimpressed with their service. Kristen is SO helpful, cheery, and willing to go out of her way to create a positive experience every single time. This is not your average mall jeweler, so don't expect mall prices; expect to get what you pay for and be happy you did.
I asked for a quote on some work I wanted done and they estimated literally twice the price that I'd heard from another jeweler the same day. This seems to be at least partially a location based price hike just because they can. Of course overhead is probably super high on Haywood St, so there's that. Other than that, staff were friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Selection was relatively large, which is a plus if you're looking to just buy something there.
