I was mortified when I returned home and found that I had left the bathroom sink running with the stopper in! The bathroom downstairs had flooded and our new carpet was also partly soaked. We reached out to Fresh Start and Shane responded quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable as to what we could do to take care of the problem. Thanks to Shane and the crew at Fresh Start our new carpet was saved! I would highly recommend this company.

He told me he would get the job done for $250, but when I got home I found a bill for almost $100 more because of "urine extraction" and a "chemical dump" fee that he failed to mention. I looked over my house cameras and found that he did nothing different or special to the areas that had urine. The whole job took only 45 minutes which is faster than any company has done before, but faster is not always better, especially with carpet cleaning, it seemed very rushed. The room that had urine still smells of urine, so this "extraction" he charged me for didn't even do the job. I called the company back the same day (Friday) and was told I would be contacted on Monday.. It is now Wednesday and I have still not heard back. I do not recommend using this company in the future. I chose them because of the good reviews, but clearly something has changed in the way they do things.

Had this company repair tile grout. Grout was Grey. They used tan. Doesn't match. When called they sent out the same person who did the work and all they did was argue and state "what did you want for 50 bucks". They did this in two bathrooms. Beware of this company. They can cost you thousands to fix there mistake!

He was a breath of fresh air. Made us laugh. Amazing sense of humor. Set our mood for the entire day. Did a PERFECT job removing the stains and making it look brand new. He also explained what he did and taught us how to take care of our carpets and what not to use. Very honest and kind. Best service we have ever had.
