Greg and Troy were both phenomenal! Within a few minutes they figured out what was wrong with our electrical problem. They were also very thoughtful and knew I needed a temporary fix to do laundry. They did a temp fix and ordered a new breaker box.
Bottom line they were smart, communicated well and were efficient. Thank you for sending both Greg and Troy.

Elijah was great! Honestly saved my house the night he made a temporary fix. Panel was replaced just a couple days later. Very happy with the service. Wasn't an expense I expected but had to be done. So happy with this company that I'm using them to replace an old toilet too. So impressed with what they are giving me.

We requested an estimate for electrical work (MDP replacement). Had scheduled another estimate prior to receiving one from ET. So, until we receive the next estimate, no final decision will be made. That said, I believe ET's estimate was reasonable and honestly submitted. Joe was knowledgeable and explained the needed work in detail. He was super..GREAT GUY!

Cool and Energy are great and so are their representatives. However, the permit department is awful and would rarely contact us to give an update on the permit for an electrical panel to be installed in our home. The electricians who installed the panel were excellent and professional. The maintenance package that I purchased is great because they call you to inspect your electrical and plumbing plus any other appliances that may. not be working and make suggestions on what should be done. Jordan is our electrician and he is to only professional but very knowledgeable in the electrical field.

Kevin Keys, from Energy Today, arrived to do an annual electrical check up. He was courteous and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer all my questions and providing specific information about grounded outlets that I didn't know. He did a thorough inspection and, I'm now good to go for another year. Thank you, Kevin and Energy Today!

Couldn't ask for better service! Joel Rodriguez was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. Everything was taken care of quickly and thoroughly. Cool Today/Energy Today is a first-rate company with excellent employees.

I made two appointments, each with a two-hour window, and they no-showed for both. Highly unprofessional and inconsiderate after I made arrangements to be home for two hours, each time, in the middle of the day. Their stated reason both times was that "their tech oversold their day".. also noted it happens all the time. I'd recommend try another company first, unless you have plenty of time to wait around for them.

Alberto did a great job on the maintenance appointment today. Thoroughly checked everything, and while noting was broken or needing repair, he did make several suggestions for upgrades that would improve overall effectiveness and value of home. I had lot of questions for him and I felt he went over an above to patiently answer all of them!

Our experience with Derek at Energy Today was very positive. He made the appt. exactly as scheduled. Derek was very very informative and helpful in having us understand exactly what our job would entail and gave us pros and cons on all aspects. Very professional and we are definitely considering hiring him for this rather large job.

Andrew was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and made me aware of any extra costs like the gas tanks that would be involved. He was very upfront about everything and giving me all options involved. He was very genuine and nice. Couldn't ask for a better guy to talk to. Thanks very much Andrew.

Troy helped us twice this week. He was very reassuring in helping us with generator failure after Hurricane Irma knocked out our power for a week. He obtained information that allowed him to adjust the voltage on the generator as a temporary fix. He gave us information on purchasing a newer model that is much improved than the one we had and arranged the installation only 2 days later.

Energy Today once again came through with 5-star, knowledgeable and courteous service. Darren Ali was thorough in diagnosing my electrical problems, precisely explaining the issues involved and the appropriate remedies. I feel in very good hands with this company and highly recommend them, along with this particular technician. They do excellent work!
