Terrible! I was referred to this company directly from the company I bought my washer and dryer from. I am having issues and it is under warranty, so they told me to call Jensen Akins Hardware for an appointment to get it taken care of under the warranty. When I called, I was told flat out over the phone they refused to service my appliances if I didn't purchase it through them! Newsflash! If you have a contract with Electrolux, you should not be refusing to do the work for them!

Buying a refrigerator here was an incredibly positive experience. First John, the salesman, suggested that we try a repair. So we had their repairman out and he was efficient and helpful. He warned us that if the repair failed in the first twenty-four hours, that we would still need a new appliance. And that is the way it turned out. then we had the appliance delivered by two equally efficient and careful individuals who went out of their way to insure that the fridge was properly installed. It might be possible to conceive of a better experience with purchasing an appliance, but I don't see how.
