Wow! I had the exact opposite experience as the other review. My family and I have used Attorney Philpot on many occasions for real estate, and for our family run business in NH. Attorney Philpot has always been to the point, easy to talk to, work with, and has always been interested in the best out come for our families business. I can only say through my experience it has been a true pleasure working with Attorney Philpot and his office. I would recommend him 1 million times over! BBC

I have had the pleasant experience of two dealings with Mr. Philpot. In his attempt to collect a debt owed by and elderly person, I have found him to be rude, less than honorable, and with a lack of empathy that would rival a little tyrant. He actually made my mother cry. Kudos!!

His lack of social skills is clearly an issue as he is prone to hanging up on people if things do not go his way. Perhaps he received one two many beatings in the school yard? He clearly now enjoys getting his kicks off of beating down the elderly, and the poor, and the less fortunate.

If this is the type of lawyer you are looking for. He's your man!!
