Been a customer since they opened their doors to the public and they have always been knowledgeable and courteous. A local shop that offers quality goods and services without the confusion or wait time by online vape providers. Whether talking to Kalehb, Kerry or Bryson (The kid) I always know i am getting good advice. Kudos to you, GNW.

This place is the Best! My husband and I wanted to try vapor, but didn't know anything about it. I went in and got a friendly greeting. They were very knowledgeable. I got everything l needed for a great price. Went back 3 days later for different juice and they set me up. I love this place.
If you are looking to get into vaping then you must go here.😁

Amazing staff! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a bad mod and they replaced it with no problem! I don't even live in the area and still order from them, they mail my stuff immediately (I was on vacation when I found them)! I will continue to give them my business because I have had such a great experience with them!

Very courteous and attentive staff for a shop as busy as they are. They don't really cater much towards mech users (which I primarily am), but what they carry is well priced. The shop is clean, has a lounge area and the atmosphere is top notch. Will return if I need anything while I'm in the area, for sure.

The biggest selling point for these guys - for me - was the customer service. We had a miscommunication on the phone that led to me leaving a heated review, and it was handled masterfully by the staff. Five stars for that, alone.

Met both owners, father and son operation. Excellent family run business with a focus on customer satisfaction - the son even GAVE me a case for my mod when he saw how beat up it was even though I didn't purchase it from them.

Their prices on juice is slightly higher than I've found elsewere, but it's hard to compare as they have brands that I've never seen elsewhere. I'm happy to pay a little extra to support a local business.

Their prices on Mods and Tanks were VERY competitive and lower than I've ever seen in a brick and mortar store.

Overall a great experience and a store I will strongly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a vape shop. They even warranty their batteries out 6 months from purchase - GREAT!
