  I can not understand how they are so highly rated. From the time I paid I received no communication, I called multiple times to see when they are bringing them because they changed it and didn’t tell me. Also they changed when picking it up and again didn’t tell me. Not even a simple text, email, phone call nothing. I rented 12 chairs they arrived filthy and gross in my home. Also they were infested with stink bugs. It took us hours to get the bugs out of my home and uggg the cleaning took forever. I sent an email about the condition ,worst experience I’ve ever had. And still no communication from the company. Edit : I did receive contact. They were more than apologetic and went above and beyond to try and make it right. In fact I will try them again in the future. The gentleman not only refunded my order ( that was unexpected) but also gave me a company credit. Wow, they really do care about their customer experience. I was terribly frustrated originally when I wrote this. But not only did he do all this for me, he is addressing my issues company wide. I expected to be brushed off and my experience ignored like most companies. But no, he took me seriously and made an effort to fix it. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 . And will definitely review again when I rent in the future.

  Having your Zero Turn Mower go out on you while mowing a few acres is very stressful. Reached out to Jefferson rentals & they had a zero turn rental out to us within a couple of days. The one they sent had a belt issue; within an hour they delivered a different one, and it worked perfectly. Service and response time were on point.highly recommend. Stacey and the entire team were INCREDIBLE! 5 STARS ++ THANK U!!!

  Great rental experience! I recently needed to rent a core aerator for my lawn, and they were extremely responsive, friendly, helpful, and more affordable than the other options I researched.
  
  They patiently (and enthusiastically) answered all of my questions, provided great advice for my project, and offered a nice discount on the use of a trailer (with the rental of equipment) so that I could easily transport. I also love that they offer delivery and pickup services, if you need it. At pick up, they walked me through the machine, and loaded everything up for me. And upon return, they happily unloaded everything.
  
  They genuinely seem to pride themselves on great customer service, and that was what I experienced. I will definitely rent from them again, and highly recommend!

  I have worked with Jefferson Rentals on a few different weddings this 2021 wedding season. I own P3 Events and regularly call and Email with them. They are always pleasant and very helpful. They even have a chat feature which is nice for one off questions or pricing inquiries when planning out a wedding design.
  
  Jefferson Rentals drops off and picks up promptly and even accommodated a last minute request from one of my clients on the busiest weekend of of the season.
  
  So thankful they are in our community!

  Jefferson Rentals made our dream wedding venue a reality. They are extremely organized and know how to build an entire venue. They think of every little thing from tents, to fans, to chandeliers, to disposable trash bins, and even luxury restroom trailers stocked with bath and body works products. Set up and break down was seamless. They helped to plan our 300 guest wedding and we did not have a single issue or hiccup. Well, we actually did have one minor problem in the luxury restroom, and their team was on stand-by and were there to fix the issue immediately. Jefferson rentals’ team is efficient, respectful, responsive, and tidy. They will make sure that your event is well prepared for and their giant inventory portfolio made it so our big day was exactly how we envisioned it to be. A special thanks to Tori and Scott for being such a help to us!
