Nice selection of all sporting good. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. Our favorite is the fishing department. Clean friendly atmosphere.

It's been a tradition to stop here when I pass through town. My car automatically starts swerving towards the exit ramp when I am in the area. Very fun store!

Ordered a iwb holster from the store in Gaylord and was told it would be 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called and was was now told 2-4 weeks. So after 4 weeks I called and was told they would let me know when it came with no effort to find out it was taking so long. So I followed up with a call to the manufacture and was informed that all orders are processed with in 24-48 hrs and they would check in to it. When I heard back in a couple hrs was told Jays never processed the order but they would put the holster together and shipped the next day which they did. Jays has made no apologies for there poor service or any compensation. I will never set foot in that store again.

I have had my bow into this place 3 times going on 4 when I go back tomarrow. I took it there to get a simple peep issue fix and I get my bow back with my cam messed up and my limb delamimated. I had no problems other than my peep came out now I'm hustling to get my bow ready for the opener. I think they should honor there workmanship good or bad. I think when it went on the press is when my cam and limb got screwed up. the first time I went there last year they did a great job and I never would of taken my business anywere else. but after the hour an 20 min drive the last three times I think I need to find a more reliable archery shop.

A smiling face in every department! A good choice in products! Traffic is much better on this side of Gaylord than the business district on the West side. I75 entrance and exit on South side is more convenient than the main entrance exit just North.

Great selection of outdoor goods. They have some great deals on firearms sometimes too! Knowledgeable and an adequate amount of staff in the firearms section as well. A lot of sporting goods stores don't have many staff working in the firearms department.

The staff is knowledgeable about their products and they are willing to help you for as long as you need. Our sales representative helped us for over an hour in finding, selling and registering a gun. I was impressed at how well they did their job and how passionate they were about finding something that worked and wasn't a lot of money.
