All of the most memorable concerts I've been to have been at tbis venue, which is completely outstanding. The outdoor vibe is beautiful, and also adds to the great sound quality while performers play for you. Service here is wonderful, they always have fresh baked pizza from the local pizzeria next door (which to me is PHENOMINAL). Do yourself a favor and see your next concert here! They're always offering free shows! 😊

Super cool venue, located in the heart of downtown St Pete. Plenty of bars, restaurants, and nice parks/waterfront all within walking distance. There are no bad 'seats' in the house, so you can get nice and close to your favorite bands. Basically standing room only, with the occasional seats for VIP only

Concerts at Jannus are the best. With a max capacity of only 2,000 people, concerts are a lot more intimate. Top musical acts have been performing here for many years. Don't miss your band or group.

Great venue for hearing both local and nationally renown bands. The drink prices are reasonable. I took off a star because I'd like to see a bit more seating in the courtyard area. There is a bench around a huge oak tree in the center but not much else. The small(ish) size of the venue is great for seeing big name bands!

Decent venue. It's an outdoor concert area. Be ready to stand for 3+ hours in heat, rain or cold as it's standing room only. I think you only get seating if you buy VIP which is located upstairs on their balcony.

Sound has been good the few times I've been. Can be hard to see sometimes. Stage is raised but I'm short. So all the tall people in front of me made it hard to see (the closer you are to the stage). $7-8 for beers. $4 for water. They were selling pizza too.

I'd recommend coming like an hour or two after the gates open if you don't want to be standing for that long. Most recent concert, we got inside at 7PM for a show that doors opened at 6-6:30PM for. Main act didn't come onstage until about 9PM. Fun time, depending on the show. And if you are okay with smoking and people in your personal space.

Awesome outdoor venue right in the heart of downtown St. Petersburg. Come early for your concert and enjoy the many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Jannus live has a huge stage and a partially covered area for the audience. Great sound throughout the venue. The drinks are expensive as you'd guess but not outrageous. You'll have to avoid it during the rain since it's outside.

What a fantastic venue in a cool part of town. They had multiple outside bars set up so the wait was never long. Prices were perfect. Bathrooms were very clean, and the atmosphere was amazing. I cannot wait to attend a concert here again.

Pretty nice venue. Hated cigarettes being smoked since it's outdoors. One security guy took our small camera, which is stupid since all phones have cameras and video. When we left the other security guys asked why he took our camera. Wondering if that jackass that took it was hoping we'd forget it and he'd have a $200 underwater camera. Beer was ridiculous prices. As far as the concert itself, the place is fantastic.

Perfect size venue that seems to provoke memorable performances from artists. Jannus is one of the few places you can see big name artists (or smaller ones) without being in a distant stadium setting. Typically there are no rows or seating, just a stage and a crowd surrounded on all sides by small buildings. Tucked away upstairs is a VIP section with it's own bar, TVs for viewing the show, and rooms for groups and parties. It also has it's own viewing balcony. Every time I've been here has been a memorable experience, something I can't really say for other venues.

Very urbanize venue. You will enter from the corner street into a courtyard with the stage on one side and bars towards the back of the venue. Concerts are often very intimate and close. I always have a great experience here!

No disrespect as this place is a local cultural institution, nabbing great performers large and small. If you haven't visited you should do so soon before the march of condo development bulldozes everything however

It's a standing room venue, full of cigarette (and other) smoke, and frequently very drunk people banging into you. ("Good beer" is not available at the concessions, BTW). In our first concert a woman vomited on my wife's shoes. The sounds system is mediocre at best, turned up way too loud. If you aren't familiar with the music you won't have any idea what you're listening to.

There is seating on the balcony available for VIP tickets. Probably worth the price.

Most of the time: yes you can buy tickets at the door! I wish Jannus Live (formally Jannus Landing) would add this to their website information. I called and emailed to clarify and received a prompt reply!

The bathrooms are clean and there's a wonderful lady who attends them. She really made my night with our conversation.

Staff seemed very forgiving towards people who stage dived which was nice to see! Overall my experience was great which says something because it was my first time seeing a show there!

One of the best concert venues I've ever been to (I've been to several hundred). It's a beautiful location in a courtyard of buildings. The weather was perfect at about 70 degrees. There was a cool breeze coming in to cool everyone off during the show. There are bars EVERYWHERE. If you wait more than three minutes for a drink it's because you didn't walk to the next bar. Lines were short most places because there were so many bars. I would definitely recommend seeing a show here.
