Top notch, professional to the core. My 80 year old Father needed a tow just after COB, and our driver showed up quickly, all the way to Caulfield. The only company we will use from now on.

I got a flat in Thayer and managed to pull into the Valero.
I called AAA and the James gang was dispatched. The driver promptly called me, confirm that I was in a safe location and gave me an ETA.
Upon their arrival, I discovered I did not have all the necessary rods to extract the spare tire from my 2017 dodge ram 2500.
The driver managed to repair the flat, and also replaced my tire with extra rods that he carried in his truck. He and, the other young gentleman that assisted him were incredibly courteous, friendly, and very efficient.
I would highly recommend this company any time to anyone in need of emergency services.response / report this review -

We broke down 5 hours away on our way to South Carolina. They loaded up our other truck and brought it to us . Then loaded up the other and towed back to West Plains for us. They were fantastic! We still got there in time to see our first grandchild born. They were dependable , friendly and fast. The driver was quick and knew his job very well. Thank you all so much and we would recommend them to anyone.

Had to use them three times in three days, because I'm from out of town and didn't know where my car was going. They were WONDERFUL each time! Very timely and very professional. Had to ride in truck with them. Truck was clean and driver was couteous and helpful. Pricing was reasonable, especially for a night tow. Would highly recommend them for any service!

What an overall great experience to help lessen the effects of needing a tow in the middle of nowhere. Being from Canada, we called CAA & they directed us to AAA who then called this company. It was a friday night, close to dark & the dispatch guys were there shortly after we called, ready to tow our truck & trailer. Our truck needed fixing & their mechanic Mark had it fixed the next day within an hour. Overall everyone we met in person was so helpful, kind, friendly & informative. We’re back on the road, less than 24hrs from breaking down & getting stuck in the bush. 5/5 would recommend. Thanks guys!
