  Not at 10 Post office sq, moved out over 2yrs ago, can't find them, waste of time

  I was horrified with the service I received -- actually there was almost zero service as I did not receive any ordinary response from this company as they promised to. I later found out the company is in financial bankruptcy. Luckily I did retrieve my passport back in time after paying an extra $$ they requested. Nevertheless, I strongly suggest not use their service at all as you will be very regretful.

  They took my money ($264) despite knowing that their NY office had just shut down and that they were therefore unable to process my visa through a NY-based consulate, as required based on my state residency. They promised me a full refund but never refunded it. They stopped returning emails and calls.

  Don't go near this service! They've had my passport & application for over a week, after paying them $500 for expedited service. I have no idea what they're doing with it. My agent, Barbara in the Boston office is impossible to reach on the phone, tells me she'll look into the status of my application, but doesn't get back to me. It's so frustrating! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS SERVICE!!!

  This organization is a big SCAM! You will NOT get your passport back in time and they will REFUSE to provide you any information on the status of your passport. DEFINITELY DO NOT TRUST THEM!!
