Waitress was very rude while restaurant was not busy. Employees eating fries and (double) dipping them in ranch in the kitchen while on duty. My friend ordered all you can eat wings and I had 2 to taste and waitress tried charging us for 2 all you can eat wings or said my friend could not have more of the all you can eat wings.

The worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The waitress was rude and forgetful. Asked to have my steak cooked medium and when it was brought out it was raw in the middle and still bloody. Sent it back and still came back raw in middle. Manager argued that is considered medium. Boyfriend asked to have his steak cooked medium rare and his was Cooked to medium. Manager did deduct money from bill. Will never return there.

Jake's..food was excellent!! Service was outstanding!!Took my daughter for her birthday and my husband for sweetest day! I think our waiters name was Jacob. And he was wonderful!! Never had to ask for a refill ! 5 stars we will definately be back!!

Our group of 16 people hit Jakes at 11 am 10/15/17. All of us were very impressed with the food and service at the Sunday Brunch. This place is a "keeper".

The staff was very rude when we called to reserve for a larger group. We were treated like they didn't want us there and kept getting glares to leave once we were done eating! This has been the same feel for several months as we have met there once a month! We we are going to switch to a different restaurant for our future get-togethers! I've worked in a restaurant in previous years and we would have gotten fired for acting this way! Our group gives good tips and pleasant to wait on! It is Ridiculous!

Very good evening, ate outside, service was super, had a serloin steak, done very well to taste. Prices are moderate, portion size was good, tossed salad
was just that a salad not just a bunch of lettuce, fresh and tasty. Facility is clean and well maintained, parking lot is adequate and well lighted and maintained.
We will dine there again.
Overall i would rate it as top shelf, five stars.

Great atmosphere, awesome friendly staff.
The deep fried mushrooms are off the hook!
Salads are delicious, but small. Chicken wings are saucy, moist and very yummy.

Ate at Jake's Wooster location a few years ago. The food was good. The service was ok.
We ATTEMPTED to eat there today, for Mother's Day, but we were turned away because we did not have a reservation. There is nothing about Mother's Day for reservations or the $22 price per person on their web site, which I checked before we went there. I should have called, but trusted their web site.
We probably will not return to Jake's restaurant, as they do not try to even accommodate customers, not even an apology. They apparently do not need the business or word of mouth advertising.response / report this review -

Jake's Steakhouse is a huge restaurant that is perfectly suited for large groups. We have hosted family gatherings here on a couple occasions, and have walked away satisfied. It is also versatile enough, that if you need to find a quiet little nook for a date or business meeting, you can find it.
It always appears clean and well maintained. Staff are always helpful and friendly.
There is a very extensive menu, so you're sure to find something to suit your tastes. They also have a very popular lunch and dinner buffet.
The food has always been served hot and was good, in my opinion. We don't eat there often, but would not hesitate to again.response / report this review -

Excellent food. Our waitress Marci was incredibly sweet and helpful. I had the steak flatbread (which is listed as an appetizer) but plenty big for an entree. It's the only thing I ever order it's so good! Hubby had the prime rib special, and he thought it was great. Overall good value and delicious food!
