Great place now but it needs some improvements the edges of the road have worn down and needs new blacktop. Everyone is friends that stay here and try to help each other. Sometimes we have a bon fire and talk and drink a couple to knock off the day. But in all it's a good place to stay.

Hard pass. It’s old and outdated. Every camper and mobile home is at LEAST 12 years old. Every yard is trash and full of junk. There’s only about 2-3 nicer campers. Their office “sign” at the entrance is made out of a garage door for crying out loud. But they had the audacity to ask how old our camper was when we were trying to find a spot while here for work. No thanks. I suggest to keep driving.

Owner a little salty but was accommodating. We had a nice site but falling down shed behind & mobile home next to us was in sad shape. It's too bad the park can't get a group of residents to help fix up or tear down the mobile homes/sheds. It sure spoils the looks of a park that could be beautiful. Great water pressure. Highway noise was terrible, tough to get a good night's sleep.

We reserved a site a month ahead of our arrival for $30 (cash only). When we arrived the price had changed to $40 ( again cash only). Our site was nothing more than a spot in their parking lot between diagonal stripes. Barely enough to park our small trailer (17') and the truck. The place was dirty and poorly kept. After calling around we found a very nice campground east in Yuma called Parkers Crossroads Campground for the same price.

Owner was extremely kind. Saved his last spot for us. Site was easy to access with full hookup. Pretty quiet and relaxed area even being near highway. Was only a one night stay for us but definitely grateful for the spot.
