New customer here & my spouse and I just dropped our car off. Upon walking in, I didn't feel welcomed and only felt like we an inconvenience. No smile or greeting, guy was very short with us and I don't feel like I was taken seriously when making the appointment or bringing my spouses car in. We shall see what the end result is when we pick the car back up. Was hoping we could've made this our go to place but the first impression doesn't make me feel hopeful.

What a great group of people that run this shop! In and out for pads and rotors in just a shade over an hour. The Toyota dealer can't get me in and out for a simple oil change that fast. This was my first visit to Jack's based on his outstanding reviews, and they lived up to their reputation. Before they started the work Dave let me know I could go a little longer on the pads if I wanted to get through the holidays first. That kind of honesty is rare in an auto shop and makes me feel good about servicing my family's car and doing business with good people that treat their customers with integrity like that. My brakes are working like brand new again! For considerably cheaper than what the dealer quoted too. Thanks Dave! See you in the spring for the rear brakes!

This place is a lot better than most places, and ive been to quite a few. They are very helpful and are usually wuick to get your vehicle serviced. Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They dont seem to be a company looking to suck up profit. They inform you what needs to be fixed, what parts are quality parts. Fair priced and honest. They are great!
