The Jack in the box by Grand Ave is the worstnever get the specials they"re gross..they give you stale bread and the meat is stuck to the breadthe lettuce is brownand don't get me started on the tacosgreasy soggy tacostook my food back and they would not give me my money back until half an hour later.they wanted to give me another specialHELL NO.

Typical Jack in the Box. Quick and friendly service. Love their tacos. Breakfast sandwiches are good. For a border Jack in the Box, they keep it pretty clean!

Located roughly 2 blocks fron the DeConcini Port of Entry, Jack-In-The Box Nogales is centrally located downtown and its location offers its patrons convenience and quality service which, when judging from its appearance and its size, one would expect less. However, this Jack-In-The-Box has the fastest service I have ever experienced in one if its restaurants. The location is very small with barely enough seating for 15 patrons, there is also a seating area outside that can be enjoyed on cool days, but the lack of space is a drawback as it seems it can become crowded, though I have rarely seen more patrons than the restaurant can handle. The only complaint that lowered my score for Jack-In-The-Box Nogales are the many non patrons that gather at the restaurant in search of daily labor. I don't imagine it helps business any and many out of towners may avoid it altogether if more than a dozen men are waiting and loitering outside. Overall the location is good, restrooms are clean, the size of the ding area is too is small, loitering is a definite concern and drawback but what they lack in those areas they make up for in very fast and efficient customer service. 3 stars Major Drawback is loitering.
