Our Realtor Wilson Rosario was always very attentive to every detail and keeping our best interest in mind. He was always available by phone call or text, and would keep us informed. Not professional. Lack of customer service and necessary communication. They have a lot to improve on and when new employees make mistakes they attempt to blame the customer. They tried to misinform me about administrative code to. I expect better ethics from an Alaskan business. My values don't align to profit over accountability. I want a broker who I can trust.

We worked with Kathi Johnson and Brittany Johnson to sell our home and it was seamless. They worked really hard for us over about 4 months where they had to manage repairs with a tenant still living there, assisting with tenant moving out, tackling more repairs, helping us choose between multiple offers, negotiating the best deal for us, navigating contract changes including 1031 exchange and early occupancy by the buyers. All seamless. Great communication and follow-through. They were amazing to work with and I would recommend them to everyone!
