We had owned two little rental houses for many years. When our property manager was retiring, we decided to sell the rentals. When researching options for our 1031 exchange, I came across 1031 Exchange Place and contacted Nate. I was impressed with Nate's professionalism and expertise from the beginning. Nate and his colleague Ivan, expertly guided us into three different qualifying investments. Another colleague, Brian, handled the 1031 transfer of money with accuracy and skill so that we met all of the 1031 filing deadlines. I first contacted Nate for information about doing a 1031 exchange from a single family dwelling to a DST or TIC because I was tired of land lording. He was kind enough to describe what kind of properties were available that would fit me. Months went by before the house was ready to sell and start the exchange, but he remembered me and got the ball rolling. Then the covid hit and the sale fell through twice! Nate was very patient and stuck with me and placed me with a TIC as soon as I closed.
I would do another deal with him.

I called as I am collecting information to prepare a presentation for my boss that is on a committee. Having no knowledge of what I was really asking for, Nate was extremely helpful. He assisted me with all my tons of questions and not once made me feel that I was a bother to him. He even went the extra mile to send me an email with information on how a 1031 Exchange works and reminded me of why, if we choose to, his company would be able to help with a specific deal my boss wants to pursue.
