Delightful, hospitable, accommodating, warm, engaging are just a few terms to describe Ms. Frankie Allen and her long-time friend and neighbor, Barbara, both of whom contributed to the wonderful stay we had at Hilltop Haus in Helen, GA. The haus was comfortable, well appointed, clean and inviting. Its location put us within walking distance of the entire downtown of Helen. The breakfasts were delicious and ample with good variety. Upon our arrival, Ms. Frankie welcomed us and let us know she was always available for any needed assistance. Among many other things, both Frankie and Barbara were most helpful, animated, regarding local attractions. Our stay was truly wonderful. We recommend Hilltop Haus without reservation. We stayed here for one night, and Frankie and Barbara were great hosts. The room was cozy and super-clean, and breakfast the next morning was excellent. We plan to return!

We spent the weekend of aug 5th at the Alpine Hilltop Haus B&B and had the best experience. We were greeted at the door by Frankie, she knew our names and that it was my birthday. Frankie and Barbara are two of the nicest people that i have ever met, our room was nice and cozy, the food was fantastic and the hospitality was the best i have ever experienced. Please, if you are planning a trip to Helen Ga, look up this place and inquire about a room. You will not be disappointed.

Barbara welcomed us when we arrived at the house, felt like home, room was cozy, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, grounds are beautiful - breakfast was amazing both days. Frankie enjoyed preparing new recipes for her guest and they were absolutely scrumptious! She prepared a pecan pie for the guest, once we returned from dinner (probably the best pecan pie ever)! My husband locked the room door and we had to go over and get a key, Barbara came immediately with a smile on her face, not upset at ALL by our mistake. Barbara and Frankie were never in a rush they enjoyed talking with their guest as we enjoyed talking with them. We look forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend Alpine Hilltop Haus!!!
