Whenever I want some good lemon pepper wings, I always come here. They are more pleasing to the eye than American Deli, and the wings are even better. They're homemade juices are delicious; especially the peach and fruit punch. I've always had a good customer experience except one time when they messed up my order but other than that, 4 stars.

I ordered some lemon pepper wings and one of my wings did not look like a chicken bone. I took it to the cashier and he just smiled and said I didn’t know what it is. This is scary!

Amazing! Fried rice is a must!

The owner/manager ( asian lady ) does't know math. She's rude, and everyone seems to be messing the orders up. The lemon pepper wings always come out differently, no consistency on this flavor. I ordered plain wings with the hot sauce on the side, and they charge for the hot sauce?!?! Why? instead of tossed, i want the sauce on side, no need to charge me for this, it's already part of the price. Now the indian restaurant in this shopping center is fire!! I suggest everyone to try that place.

Always something wrong with my order. The girls are in high school so that tell you about the service or they act like they are in high school. I've been twice but they have the best juice that they make. If I discover I can get this somewhere else that will be great.

J Buffalo is OK. The wings are pretty good but can be overly salty. The fries are frozen instead of fresh. They have a weird set of combos, like wings and fried rice or philly cheese and fried rice.

The service was actually pretty good. My main qualm is that the price you pay for the portion is pretty skimp. The wings were tiny and I got a small amount of fries. Also, The girl at the counter talked on her cell at the register which was kinda strange. I mean no one was there but I think she could've at least went to the back or something

They're extremely stingy. Ordered 10 wings and asked for extra celery and it came with 2 sticks. Asked for my extra I paid $0.50 for (listed on ticket) and the lady behind the counter (manager, not one of the other workers) gave me like 4 more sticks. Claimed celery is expensive (it isn't, its like $0.99per bundle of like 10 big stalks). Wouldn't give me more, and wouldn't give me an option to buy more, instead said it was $2 and should've ordered a box, and acted like the transaction was over. Acted like it was my fault for not being an expert on their menu. The manager obviously cared more about harsh business tactics and what cost J Buffalo Wings $0.10 worth of celery than making an impression on me or inspiring any loyalty to this place.

There is a particularly rude female employee who consistently taints the experience. The food is fine. I wish I knew her name but she appears to be Latina. She is consistently rude and needs to fix that or be replaced.

The employees lack professionalism and hygiene. The cashier girl at the front is talking loudly on her cell phone with her boyfriend on speaker phone with one hand and eating a chicken wing with her other hand. Same hands she is using to handle money and our food without washing her hands. A customer is standing in front of her and she continues to speak on her cell phone and ask the customer to hold on. Then she takes the customers order and continues to talk on the phone at the same time. She also took my $10 bill and told me to hold on and ran out of the building to find a counterfeit pen just because my bill is older. Who runs out of a building with someone's money's!?!?! She then hands me my food while still on her cell phone!!!!

The reason Im giving this place 1 star today is not because of the food, its the CS!! The food here is always the best. Today is Sun. Dec. 4, 2016 @ 1:12PM the female at the register shouldn't work in this place. She has a nasty attitude nice/nasty is what we call it. A fake trying to be nice but a real nasty attitude. To the owners you may want to watch this just my time here waiting on my food I've seen it with two or three different customers. Then with her huffing and puffing like to say hurry up! Great food & Great customer service goes hand & hand!!!!

Always hot and yummy. They really give you a good size plate. Try the Philly with Jalapenos. comes with fries and 5 hot wings. Lot of food.
