As a FADAL user and owner for over 25 years, there isn't anyone else with more qualified knowledge or service in the industry.
The FADAL CNCs are beyond all other machine tools out there when talking about repair, maintenance, and service cost. The price of repair parts is always fair.
Simply put, these machines have a higher value than all others when comparing dollar for dollar. They have been and continue to be a pillar for our business.response / report this review -

Simply put, we will never work with these guys again.
Completely unprofessional behavior from the owner Dan.
Our maintenance team purchased a pulley for our FADAL 8030 from their online store for a listed price on their website. After the transaction was complete and order number was issued, we called to verify shipping.
The owner Dan had a meltdown. Apparently, the price listed on their site was out of date and the new price was nearly 3 times what was listed. He refused to honor their advertised price claiming the website was outdated, had "no idea how we got this price".
We pressed him on honoring his advertised pricing and he became further infuriated, yelling at our staff. Again, completely unprofessional.
If you chose to do business with these guys and need FADAL parts, let the buyer bewaredo not trust their listed pricing. Do not expect courteous treatment.
They run their business like they are doing you a favor.response / report this review
