Mama Mia. That's a pizza !!!!! Very very tasty. I used to come here so frequently. Everyone associated me with the Italian pie. I came in tonight, first time in 2 or 3 years. Great service but.. The pizzas are not the same size they used to be. I thin n they're cutting back on the dough. Still, delicious but I ordered s large and it was a medium stretched out. Other customers' pies app eared the same as mine. Regrettably, I have lowered it from 5 stars to 4

I just had lunch. The service was great. The staff were very nice. I appreciate the smiles. I want to try the jerk chicken and the spicy Hawaiian chicken next time. Thanks for the prompt service.

Update 3/6/16: went here to see if they had improved and it seems like they have gone downhill. Was not greeted by any of the staff here, girl at the counter looked like she was unhappy. Ordered a medium pizza and left a tip on a carry out order. No thanks or gratitude. Will not return.
Soggy pizza at an average price. 3/5 stars.
Update 10/15/2017: service here has improved somewhat. Staff was more friendly and food came out quickly. Pizza quality also improved. 4/5 stars.response / report this review -

For years it was my favorite, even by the slice w/fresh gooey cheese. It's still good but the pizza was sitting under a heat lamp for a while before I got it. It was like that the last two times I went

At my old job the boss would always buy pizza from here, I loved it. I have gone a few times myself to buy. The first time one of the girls at the register was SUPER helpful since I didnt know how to order, I wish I remembered her name. I always get wings super good!! The only thing is that my kids seem to not like the pizza which is a bummer. But the hubby and I love it!

We used to eat here all the time due to working so close. Since the job relocate we haven't been able to come back. We visited tonight and I was bit disappointed, wings were under cooked and tuff. When I mentioned something the young lady acted like I was bothering her. We didn't ask for refund or to have the wings done again. Unfortunately we won't return. We have never received bad service there in the past. These new millenniums really need some etiquette.

So yesterday we to Italian Pie for the first time. This was recommended to us by a friend. The pizza spot allows you to order slices anytime so that is a bonus for us. The pizza was great but I ordered tacos just to try something else, but the rib eye tacos just Ok. We also had garlic knots which were good

I would say that I love this place but I can't. The service sucked, the ac wasn't working, so it was hot as hell. The black chick was rachet and on her phone and wouldn't help take orders n the line was long. She looked like she don't like her job. Then I ordered the margherita pizza, it was soggy as hell n it didn't have fresh tomatoes on it like the menu said. And when I asked about it, I was told that, that's not how we make it. Well in that's the case you need to update your menus. I don't know if I'll ever come back. I hope things improve because you had a few people walk out pissed!!!!!

had a horrible experience at this location! Called because they take forever to make the pizza therefore i called to place an order. spoke to a girl and once i get there like 25 mins to pick up and pay. she tells me that the order was never placed. i called back the number i called to place the order her voice was the exact same. i was so pissed off at the fact that i had to place my order again and wait another 15 minutes!! i go in and pay she is already giving me attitude i ask for her and the other 2 employees names she says her name is ally , brenda and another girls name that i don't remember. Ally automatically asks me why do i need there names and that what was i gonna talk to their manager that there is no proof that the order was placed!!she insinuated that i was lying. i told her then who did i speak too and why do i have a screenshot of the call.! why would i drive 20 minutes to get there and pick up my order that was never placed!!?. instead of her being apologetic she gave me attitude.!! i called the location in lilburn because she told me there was no manager or supervisor at the one in lawrenceville. spoke to a young gentle man in lilburn named Darian who helped me out and tried his hardest to help out the situation and apologized even though it wasn't his fault or his location. No one at the lawrenceville location apologized for the inconvenience!! what is the point of asking for my name and number and no call me to let me know that the order didn't go through. Now that we are home we found a piece of hair in one our pizzas!! So disgusted!! I believe customer service should be your priority in which you lack on. Also very unprofessional that there was no manager or supervisor on duty. Contact me for my personal information.

I visit often. Great value on weekday lunch specials. I grew up near Philly and this is the closest thing to a transplanted pizza shop here in Lawrenceville. Pizza is always good. Tacos also are a delicious option if you don't want pizza. Tacos and pizza are always freshly made. I once had a chicken parmesan sandwich which I do not recommend. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Food is awesome. Cooked to order. Very fresh. Not fast food, expect to wait 10 to 15 minutes for food to cook, but well worth the wait.
