Classical American style restaurant. Have your dinner by the bar. Have your seat on the high. Wide selection of beer. Even European. I tried Left Hand Sawtooth. Very good beer. Best burger that I had in all USA. My friend had steak and he said that was the best also. Not only meat itself sidings were great too. We finished all. Highly recommended.

very cool place. can be a little difficult to find at first since it's not visible from the road, you have to either go down an alley from the street or park in the back. great, typically American comfort/bar food with a twist. a few decent vegetarian options. food comes out quick, hot and delicious. nice selection of beer and beat growers. will be back.

Food and service very good but it does not have a handicapped friendly layout. Keep that in mind if you have anyone in a wheelchair. All seating on the ground floor are high tables. The regular height tables are upstairs with no means of access. The bathrooms are a floor down and also only accessable via stairs

Great ambience, great service. Sat at the bar for a quick lunch. Bartender was attentive and friendly and the food was great. I had Flank Steak Caesar Salad and Mozzarella sticks. Tons of draft beer options too.

If you are coming only for the food and not the beer it's a 2 or 3 star place. The food quality has been hit or miss and after my experience today I am pushed to write this review. The service was friendly. We are waiting for our check and take out boxes while the server was busing another table. I don't think servers should be busing and handling food. It's not save. I would expect better from management.
The Cuban sandwich bread was unsually hard and the chief said that is how it comes. They offered if I wanted something else which was great, I just have had more than a couple poor food experiences here. The beer choices are awesome but I don't drink, so We won't be coming back any time soon.

This place has an excellent atmosphere. The pricing is fair and the food is decent as well. The service was a B+ but I am sure other servers are better. I would check it out.

The food was really good! What wasn't good was the way our server was acting towards us. She seemed very unfriendly, rude, and like she didn't want to be at work. I understand that it is a Friday night and that it is a busy time of the day, but, when the waiter/ server is in a bad mood, it puts the customers in a bad mood. All my friends and I wanted was a nice night out since we hadn't seen each other in a while due to college. But we were all upset and angry over the way our server was treating us. Great food though! Keep up with the great cooking!

Love this place!! The best hidden gem! The atmosphere is amazing and the menu is awesome. The drinks were really well made as was the food. It is towards the expensive side but it is well worth it. Would definitely recommend going here if you're in the area!

Been here several times. Food is always really good, there is parking behind restaurant. Wide selection of menu items. Service always very good. Decor has been updated since our last visit with a large rustic table on 1st floor (it's concrete, but looks like rough edge wood tabletop)

This place is great. Food is very tasty. I find the beers on tap to be underwhelming. I must have a different pallet than their beer guy. I'll still go back because overall its a very positive experience.

A nice selection of different foods. I have not had a bad meal yet. Great homemade choices, prices are decent. Last time I went service was a little slow and it was not that busy, prior though, service was great. Overall good place. I will eat there again.

Great beer selection here. They constantly have a good variety on tap, and the bottle selection is endless. The food is pretty good too. It's some of the best bistro food in the area. They have a lot of special beer events here, like the recent Russian River Brewing event. The place was packed with good folks, and great beer.

Food is delicious. Beer selection is excellent. Service is delightful. Only reason for not giving five stars, is that the music was too loud for lunch time. Had to talk louder to talk over the music and other patrons. Music selection was good though.

This is my favorite bar in Newtown. The bartenders are all very good. The selection of beers is quite impressive. The service of their waiters has been poor in the few times i have been there, but their food is very good. They host numerous tap takeovers throughout the year and they have all been fun.
