  Very nice set of hiking trails on the opposite side of the river from Letchworth State Park. Great views of the river gorge.

  I love Letchworth Park. This is known as the Grand Canyon of the East. The park is huge, with many different places to view the gorge. There are miles of trails, each leading to new discoveries. If you have never been here, you have to make the trip. Mid-October is the best time, but anytime is right. Please be aware that parts of the park are closed in the winter

  Beautiful view over the edge, though there are limited places to see from this area. There were a lot of people hanging out, listening to music, playing bags, grilling, etc.
