I have lived here at Ironwood, since September 2016. It is a warm, friendly environment, with beautiful serene ponds, ducks, geese, and more. I have found staff are extremely friendly and very attentive. The property is easily accessed from the interstate and very close to shops, etc. Not to mention, Casey's General Store is on property too. Thank you to all who make everyone's experience, including mine what it is. I appreciate all your hard work and effort to create a lasting community of residents.
Decent apartments, but don't be fooled by the website like I was! Majority of apartments are old, smell like mildew, and vents loaded with dust. My apartment has been LOADED with spiders. And I'm not talking about the small manageable ones. I've killed over 50 and lived here 2 months so far. Management will come and spray the bottom of the door and that's it-not fixing the problem at all. Also, geese roam everywhere. Sidewalks and grass areas are full of goose droppings so watch where you walk!
Roofers have been here a week. 8am everyday. Even Saturday and SUNDAY. These people need the lord in their lives! Working a 2nd shift job with no sleep is very difficult. Ironwood should have hired a better company to do this project, it shouldn't take a week. These apartments are EXTREMELY overpriced. It also costs extra to live by the MOSS filled lake I'd avoid this place when looking for an apartment.
I just got my keys to my apartment today. The management was very helpful with solving any problems that I had! I thought they were awesome!
I lived there for a year and really enjoyed it! It was close enough to the college where I didn't have to drive for a long time, but far enough away that you didn't have to mess with the drunk college students. Management was very friendly and took the time to help me look for a missing pet! Thank you for a great experience!
