Awesome store. Amazing service, has about anything you need for motorcycle, off-road. Also has a clearance section with great deals on helmets, boots and other riding gear.

Everything you need if you ride a motorcycle or ATV. I was most impressed by how helpful the staff was. They are happy to answer questions and seem very knowledgeable about their products. On a side note, they have an incredible selection of gear for big and tall riders.

I ordered a jacket last week. I got the size wrong and had to call them. 2 days later, it arrived. It was the right size and they even included a coat hanger. Great jacket for the money! I'd definitely buy from them again.

What a fun place! My husband and I have shopped here many times. The selection is huge. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. This is my toy store and I like to browse just for fun. We bought our first Indian today and the whole process was easy. We were able to take the bike home same day even though we came to the store a couple hours before closing. The sales rep really bent over backwards for us and he is a great guy. Love this store!

I stopped by to inquire about 600 mile 1st service for brand new 2016 Ninja 650 that I bought at Rick Roush in Medina. When I stated besides oil change/filter Kawasaki also requires all critical fasteners be torque and wanted to confirm they would do that I got an unbelevialbe but at least honest reply: He said "our mechanics have been doing this a long time and they just look the motorcycle over. If everything looks tight they wont mess with it." So basically your paying 200 dollars for an oil change and the "paperwork that says they did a once-over on the bike but probally don't. Needless to say I bought the service manual and a quality torque wrench and performed the 1st service myself. Also on a side note removing the fairings and so forth is a somewhat tedious task. And you must take your time to snap and click them back together.

My father in law and I visited on Sunday morning. The young lady at the Ducati desk came out and greeting us with great enthusiasm!!! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, although we were just looking. My father was very impressed with the store.

I've been here a few times and last year they had great people all around. This time I was looking at bikes and not a single sales person even asked if I had any questions. The guys at the helmet desk were awesome though. Very helpful.

You can't find better selection in a brick & mortar store. Shoei helmet prices are better than online. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciate their opinions based on customer feedback.

This store is amazing. The inventory is huge and the staff was super helpful. Cary in helmets was by far the biggest help. He was very informative and answered all our questions. We left knowing more about helmets than we did walking in and found perfect fit and style. We will definitely be back.

Super helpful staff and they just got Triumph line in. Super awesome selection. This place is the best for Sport bikes, Cruisers and everything in between. Ask for Jake Allen, super friendly guy and really helpful with information. He made our visit a 10/10 experience.

Biggest selection I've seen by far. It's nice to have a place you can go to touch and try on gear instead of just winging it online. Sales staff is down to earth and super knowledgeable. And they actually try to find you the right product instead of pushing the most expensive stuff at you, and trust me when I say they have gear to fit EVERY budget(I've never seen so many closeout products). They have gone above and beyond to locate and special order parts and gear that were hard to find. Keep it up guys!

Husband took me on a shopping spree for my 60th birthday, my first pair of leather chaps and vest, great prices, quality clothing and everything else. Great customer service. Knowledgeable and helpful. We love stopping here whenever in the area. It is a great place for all your motorcycle needs.

Wonderful store with great people and prices! VERY CLEAN showroom, just visited their 2 story addition that they claim is 30,000 sqft! Their addition is larger than most dealerships! The parts & accessories departments are HUGE with AWESOME prices! Live closer to the Mansfield store which is great also! BEST CHAIN MOTORCYCLE STORE IN THE WORLD!
