  My company is a small business here in New York. I was referred to this company by someone I know. One of the support representatives talked to me about potential estimating applications. I contacted him the next day. He texted me back saying he couldn't help me because of some clause. I think there is some other reason behind it. As a business owner I was very disappointed.
