  There is a pre existing pest problem going on in my apt building that showed up in my apt. I had property mngmt send them to inspect. They did not introduce who they were when I let them in. He didnot ask what I saw, when I saw it, where I saw it or anything. Not anything. He assumed where to check. Spent 5 minutes in that assumed location and went out the door to leave. I had to flag him down to see how it went. Very unprofessional and insufficient. Not very knowlegeable. I really think they just dont care. Would not reccomand them. Please note I am speaking of Intrastate Pest Control in Charlottesville Va.

  I have used Intrastate for my personal residence for bugs, mice and recently a small possible mold problem in my basement. The recent experience with the mold was fantastic. They came out, evaluated the problem, gave me a price and did the work completely the day they promised.
  I would never personal try to solve a mold problem, large or small, and it is great that we have such a good solutions with Intrastate.

  After this company was recommended to me by a friend, I had them come out to house to give me an opinion on the problem and a quote. They showed up on time and were very helpful with their assessment and recommendations. That is where everything fell apart. It took them 3-4 weeks to get me a quote (this was after repeated phone calls) and then, after a follow up on my part, they never returned my phone calls asking for the work to be done.
