MS Events was super easy to work with and made me look great to my boss with our corporate incentive event at a local winery. They helped me with things I would not have known we needed and were on top of the details across the board. Everyone was helpful and made it seem as though I was their only client. MS Events FORGOT The most important lighting for my wedding day this past Saturday. We called them on Saturday to let them know and I got told they couldn't come back out to bring them. . .then I called monday morning and was told I'd get a call back regarding a refund for the lanterns that NEVER showed up and a resolution for the HUGE inconvenience. . I have yet to hear anything back! VERY disappointed!!!! I paid over $3k to them!

Very easy to work with and accommodating. I was back and forth on a lot of things and my numbers changed a lot and they were very willing to work with me as things changed and adjusted with no problems. Everything was on time and the rentals were great quality. Highly recommend.
